Jobs at Ratel Robotics, Quantum Systems, the Sternenko Foundation, and dozens more vacancies in defence tech

Defender Media has compiled a fresh roundup of job openings from companies and organizations that were in the spotlight this week — from drone and robotics manufacturers to government initiatives and international players. Teams are scaling, launching new areas, and looking for specialists across a wide range of roles — from engineering to management.

The roundup is traditionally complemented by offers from the section’s partners — BazaIT Defense and CORE Team.

This week, Oleksandr Syniook and Oleksandr Skarlat spoke to Defender Media about the ReDrone workshop created by the Serhii Sternenko Foundation. The foundation currently has five open positions — an FPV operations analyst, a military coordinator, an innovation project manager, a chief lawyer, and a partnerships manager. Ratel Robotics, which recently unveiled the new Nurse TB ground robotic system to support infantry, currently has seven open positions, including a UAV instructor, a robotic systems assembler, and a head of production.

General Cherry, which is launching a joint production of drone components with the Croatian company ORQA, currently has nearly 30 open positions. The manufacturer is looking for engineers, technical scouts, HR managers, finance specialists, marketers, and other professionals.

Quantum Systems Ukraine, which develops advanced electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) unmanned systems with integrated AI and acoustic detection systems, has five open positions:
