Ukrainian company Bravo Dynamics has raised investment from venture firm Freedom Fund VC. The developer of the mesh communications system announced this on LinkedIn. The amount of the investment has not been disclosed.
Bravo Dynamics develops the Phantom mesh communications system specifically for unmanned ground vehicles. It operates without an aerial relay, instead relying on a network of ground nodes for data exchange.
Alongside the investment announcement, the company stated that it had successfully tested a video link in the lower UHF band.
The first versions of the Phantom system appeared in the summer of 2024. The company already sells it to UGV and software manufacturers and has previously held a contract with Dwarf Engineering. Bravo Dynamics has previously raised $125,000 from United Angels Network, $200,000 from Wolver Ventures and NextFrontier Fund, and $90,000 from Hede Capital.
