Ukraine’s Roboneers is launching a joint venture with ARX Robotics to produce tens of thousands of UGVs per year
ARX Industries will assemble the Lynx Pro UGV for the Ukrainian Armed Forces

The Ukrainian defence tech company Roboneers and the German company ARX Robotics have announced the creation of a joint venture called ARX Industries. It will manufacture the Lynx Pro unmanned ground vehicle for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Roboneers told Defender Media.
The agreement was signed in Gdańsk at the Ukraine Recovery Conference. The joint venture is being established as part of the Build with Ukraine program. Some of the production facilities will be located in Germany, and some in Ukraine. In its first year of operation, ARX Industries plans to assemble thousands of Lynx Pro units and, in subsequent years, gradually increase production to tens of thousands per year.
ARX Industries will handle not only production but also maintenance and technical support. The companies add that each new batch of Lynx Pro will incorporate lessons learned on the battlefield. The collaboration is supported by the governments of Ukraine and Germany.
ARX Robotics products are used by the armed forces of several European countries and, according to the company, are the most widely used Western-made UAVs in Ukraine. In addition to these systems, the German company modernises outdated military platforms with the AI-based Mithra OS.
The Ukrainian company Roboneers’ product line includes the Lynx, Lynx Max, Lynx+, and Lynx Pro UGVs. In addition to these systems, the company has developed the Saber remotely controlled combat module and the Wardog series of drones. In particular, in early June, Roboneers unveiled the updated Wardog TRN relay drone.
