Ukrainian Frontline Robotics and Estonia’s Milrem Robotics to jointly develop counter-drone systems for UGVs
The companies have signed a memorandum to expand their technological partnership

Ukrainian defence tech company Frontline Robotics and Estonia’s Milrem Robotics are deepening their cooperation. During the Eurosatory 2026 defence exhibition in Paris, the companies signed a memorandum formalising their intention to expand their technological partnership.
One of the key areas of cooperation will be the integration of counter-UAS capabilities into robotic ground platforms. According to Frontline, such solutions are intended to improve the survivability and effectiveness of unmanned ground vehicles in an environment increasingly threatened by FPV drones and other unmanned systems.
The companies already have a track record of successful cooperation. Previously, they integrated Frontline Robotics’ Buria remote weapon station onto Milrem Robotics’ THeMIS unmanned ground platform.
The partners will continue working together in Ukraine while also seeking to expand the presence of their joint robotic solutions in international markets, particularly across Europe, the Middle East and South Asia.
Earlier this week, Frontline also announced the signing of a cooperation memorandum with Danish-Ukrainian company Dropla. As part of that partnership, Frontline’s Burya robotic turret will be integrated into the Logist unmanned ground vehicle.
