TAF Industries and Danish Upteko to establish joint venture for UAV production
The memorandum was signed during DALO Industry Days 2026

Ukrainian company TAF Industries and Danish company Upteko have signed a memorandum to establish a joint venture in Denmark. The document was signed by TAF Industries CEO Volodymyr Zinovskyi and Upteko founder Benjamin Meinertz during the DALO Industry Days exhibition in Herning.
As part of the cooperation, the companies plan to develop and manufacture unmanned aerial systems, scale up FPV drone production and strengthen supply chains. Production in Denmark is scheduled to begin in early 2027. According to the companies’ plans, the facility is expected to produce thousands of drones per month from the outset.
“The combination of Upteko’s engineering expertise and TAF Industries’ practical experience creates a foundation for jointly developing and scaling new solutions. We aim to shorten the path from technological ideas to practical application and strengthen the resilience of supply chains,” said Volodymyr Zinovskyi.
According to Upteko founder Benjamin Meinertz, the partnership will combine the companies’ engineering and manufacturing capabilities to develop new technologies and scale up production.
Danish company Upteko develops and manufactures unmanned systems for the maritime and offshore sectors, defence, the public sector and industry. The company produces, among other things, modular platforms for reconnaissance, surveillance and other specialised tasks.
The cooperation is being developed within the Build with Ukraine initiative, which aims to develop manufacturing and technological cooperation between Ukraine and Denmark.
Earlier, Defender Media reported on TAF Industries’ plans to localise production in Poland at the facilities of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa.
