Ukraine’s defence industry continues to expand its teams alongside the development of innovative products and manufacturing capabilities. Twist Robotics is launching a joint drone production venture with its Danish partners, Airlogix is preparing to manufacture turbine engines in Ukraine, and the ‘Omega’ special purpose Centre has unveiled its first unmanned surface vessel (USV). Meanwhile, companies are actively hiring engineers, developers, managers, and team leads across a wide range of disciplines.

Ukrainian company Twist Robotics, which recently announced the launch of joint production of Saker drones together with Danish Vidar Industries, is looking for engineers, developers, and specialists in autonomy, computer vision, embedded systems, simulation, and communication technologies.

This week, the ‘Omega’ special purpose Centre unveiled its first naval drone capable of serving as a delivery platform for FPV drones. The Centre is currently actively expanding its team and hiring for a wide range of positions, which can be found via the link.

General Cherry topped the DELTA ranking for FPV drone effectiveness in June. The company is currently hiring an Employer Brand Manager, UAV Pilot Instructor, Supply Chain Director, Data Engineer, and Partnerships Manager.

Airlogix, one of Ukraine’s leading defence technology companies, is offering more than 100 vacancies. The company is planning to jointly manufacture turbine engines in Ukraine together with Czech company PBS Velká Bíteš.

Ukraine’s Ministry of Defence has codified and approved the new Zmiy Mini Strike reconnaissance and strike unmanned ground vehicle (UGV), developed by Ukrainian company Rovertech, for use by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The company is currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join its team.

Deviro is also hiring an Engineering Instructor. Earlier this week, the company unveiled the Palytsia mid-range strike system, a lower-cost alternative to the Bulava. Deviro is also looking for an Embedded C++ Engineer.
