Airlogix and Czech PBS Velká Bíteš to jointly produce turbine engines in Ukraine

Ukrainian defence tech company Airlogix plans to launch licensed production of PBS small-sized turbine engines in Ukraine. The manufacturer has signed a memorandum with the developer of these products, Czech company PBS Velká Bíteš.

Production will be localised in stages, starting with engine assembly and the launch of a certified service centre. Airlogix explains that this will ensure a stable supply for its unmanned platforms. The licensing agreement for production is expected to be signed in the near future.

Airlogix’s flagship product is the GOR reconnaissance UAV. The company has also developed two strike drones. Seth-X operates at a range of up to 100 km and is designed to hit enemy radar stations, EW equipment, lightly armoured vehicles, and infantry.

The other drone, Anubis, is an operational-tactical level UAV with an enlarged warhead, enabling it to strike enemy warehouses and buildings. These strike UAVs will be manufactured in Germany at a joint venture with Auterion.
