100+ current job opportunities in Ukrainian defence tech

Ukraine’s defence tech industry shows no signs of slowing down: startups are closing investment rounds, international players are entering the market, and government institutions are launching new projects to support the sector. All of this is driving demand for specialists across a wide range of roles — from engineers and data experts to managers, marketers, and C-level executives.

Defender Media has compiled a fresh job digest featuring companies and organisations that stood out this week — Frontline Robotics, Quantum Systems Ukraine, “General Cherry”, Zmiyar, Brave1, and others.

Ukrainian startup Zmiyar, which has closed a €450,000 pre-seed round, is looking for an experienced Hardware QA Engineer.

“General Cherry”, a company that has announced the creation of a joint venture with US-based Wilcox Industries, has nearly 30 open positions. They are looking for engineers, technical scouts, HR managers, finance specialists, marketers, and other professionals.

The state defence cluster Brave1, which this week announced testing of a new generation of bomber drones, has four open positions — Senior SMM Manager, Data Scientist, Support Lead, and Project Manager (UAV).

Frontline Robotics is offering nearly 50 positions. This week, Defender Media reported that Quantum Frontline Industries delivered the first batch of “Linza” drones, manufactured in Germany, to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Quantum Systems Ukraine, which develops advanced eVTOL unmanned systems with integrated AI and acoustic detection capabilities, has five open positions:
