Ukrainian SkyFall again among winners of US Drone Dominance Program
The manufacturer participated with developed the Shrike 10-FCV UAV, featuring a hybrid communications system and a terminal guidance

The Ukrainian company SkyFall’s UAV is among the winners of the second phase of the US Drone Dominance program. The manufacturer confirmed the information to Defender Media. SkyFall clarified that it participated in the competition in partnership with British company SkyCutter.
The second phase featured drone trials in two categories — Deep Strike and Close Quarters. The five highest-scoring teams in each category will receive Pentagon contracts to supply drones. SkyFall’s Shrike 10-FCV placed fourth in the Deep Strike category with 66.6 points. Participants in this category were required to hit a target at a distance of 15 km.
SkyFall said it developed the Shrike 10-FCV specifically for the second phase of Drone Dominance. This version of the strike FPV drone is equipped with a hybrid communications system combining fibre-optic and radio links, as well as a terminal guidance system developed by the company’s engineers.
SkyFall is the only Ukrainian company to have been among the winners in both phases of Drone Dominance held so far. In the first phase of the programme, held in spring 2026, its Shrike 10-F strike drone took first place with a score of 99.3 points.
Following the first phase, SkyFall received a contract to supply 2,560 drones. According to information on the Drone Dominance website, the company has so far delivered 1,280 UAVs — half of the contracted quantity.
The top five teams in the second phase’s Deep Strike category, in which drones were required to hit a target at a distance of 15 km, are:
- Perennial Autonomy — 80.1
- Hyperscale — 70.9
- Neros — 69.8
- SkyCutter/SkyFall — 66.6
- Swarm Defense Technologies — 66
The results of the second phase of Drone Dominance were published on the programme’s website on 18 September. Yesterday, Defender Media reported that none of the Ukrainian companies that had previously announced their participation in the programme had made it into the winning group.
According to Defender Media, another Ukrainian company besides SkyFall is among the top performers in the second phase. However, the participant has not publicly disclosed its involvement in the programme and declined to comment.
