A Ukrainian drone manufacturer, who wished to remain anonymous, has unveiled a new reconnaissance drone, the SH-3. It can also act as a relay. The new system was showcased at the IRON HALLOWEEN PARTY 2026 exhibition.
The drone can climb to an altitude of 600–2,500 m and reach speeds of up to 140 km/h. It has a 4-hour flight time and a 100–150 km communication range. It uses two encrypted communication systems.
The SH-3 is equipped with a digital daytime camera with 30x optical zoom. The manufacturer also offers the SH-3T version, which features a thermal imaging camera with the same specifications. The drone has already passed combat testing and is undergoing codification.
The previous version, the SH-2, was unveiled last year. It is codified, in serial production and used by various branches of the armed forces. This drone has a communication range of 80 km, a flight time of 3 hours and an operating altitude of up to 1,600 m.
