Ukrainian company SkyFall and Poland’s Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) have signed a memorandum of understanding, the drone manufacturer announced in a press release.

The memorandum focuses on securing EU funding to support the development of Ukrainian defence technologies. Under the agreement, SkyFall and BGK will explore opportunities to cooperate on projects that may be financed through the European Commission’s Ukraine Facility (Pillar II) programme.

According to SkyFall, the initiative is intended to strengthen the capabilities of companies developing dual-use technologies and unmanned systems. The company has not disclosed further details.

The memorandum was signed during the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026 in Gdańsk. The ceremony was attended by European Commissioner for Enlargement Marta Kos and Ukraine’s Deputy Minister of Defence Serhii Boiev.

Defender Media previously reported that, during URC 2026 in Gdańsk, Ukrainian defence tech company Roboneers and Germany’s ARX Robotics announced the creation of a joint venture, ARX Industries. The company will manufacture tens of thousands of unmanned ground vehicles annually for the Ukrainian Defence Forces.
