In September 2026, Ukraine’s Defence Forces hit a record number of enemy air defence assets, including radar stations, since launching the ePoints programme. The Ministry of Defence reported the results.

All the results were recorded on video in the DELTA combat system and verified by the Brave1 defence innovation cluster. The ministry separately highlighted a strike on an enemy air defence asset at a distance of 552 km.

The Ministry of Defence also said that the number of strikes at distances of more than 20 km exceeded 11,000 for the first time in September. Ukrainian forces also set a record for the number of strikes from distances over 50 km. Most of these strikes targeted the Russian logistics route between Mariupol and Crimea.

The “Army of Drones. Bonus” programme, also known as “ePoints”, is a procurement mechanism for unmanned systems for the Defence Forces that allows military units to choose the drones and other unmanned systems they need from designated suppliers. At the beginning of September, manufacturers reported delays in payments for deliveries already completed under the ePoints programme. According to Ihor Fedirko, executive director of the Ukrainian Council of Armaments, amounts owed to individual companies ranged from UAH 24 million to hundreds of millions of hryvnias.
