Nataliia Mykolska to become VP of Growth and Affairs at Sine Engineering
Former Diia.City United Executive Director will focus on Sine Engineering’s international growth strategy and expansion into priority markets

Former Diia.City United Executive Director Nataliia Mykolska will join Ukrainian defence tech company Sine Engineering as VP of Growth and Affairs. She told Forbes Ukraine about the appointment.
Mykolska will focus on Sine Engineering’s international growth strategy and expansion into priority markets. She will also lead engagement with government bodies and other key stakeholders in Ukraine and abroad, strategic communications, positioning, and work with partners and investors.
“I wanted to return to what I know well — globalising Ukrainian businesses and building global players,” Mykolska explained.
She initially advised Sine Engineering as one of the companies participating in Diia.City United and later received an offer to join the team. After stepping down as the association’s Executive Director, Mykolska will remain its adviser during a transition period.
From 2015 to 2018, Nataliia Mykolska served as Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade and Ukraine’s Trade Representative. During that period, the Ministry developed Ukraine’s first Export Strategy, began establishing the Export Credit Agency and launched the Export Promotion Office. From late 2023, she headed Diia.City United, which grew to more than 250 technology companies and investors during her tenure.
In August, Defender reported that Taras Potichnyi had also joined Sine Engineering as Senior Vice President of Growth. He previously worked at Bolt Ukraine, Liki24 and Uklon.
