Skyeton to cooperate with Germany’s INTEC to supply drones to the Bundeswehr

INTEC and Skyeton Germany GmbH, the German subsidiary of the Ukrainian company, have agreed on cooperation and signed a letter of intent. The agreement aims to supply ready-to-use UAVs to the Armed Forces of Germany.

The press release states that the companies will combine INTEC’s engineering knowledge and experience with Skyeton’s combat-proven experience. They will jointly meet defence needs not only in Germany but also in allied markets. The companies plan to adapt the Raybird reconnaissance UAV to European, and in particular German, standards.

INTEC Group is reportedly a partner of the German Armed Forces in engineering and systems integration. Its services include UAV development, defence systems implementation, risk assessment, and others. The letter of intent was signed during the ILA Berlin 2026 aerospace exhibition. There, Skyeton also signed a memorandum of understanding with the German company ONBERG Autonomous Systems.

The partners intend to create an industrial platform in Germany. The cooperation aims to develop reliable UAVs that meet NATO and European requirements. “The scaling and commercialisation of the Raybird complex have been identified as the initial flagship project,” the announcement states.

The companies plan to scale Raybird alongside other autonomous solutions to create a unified portfolio. In particular, the connection between Raybird and the German company’s UGV will soon be tested in Ukraine.

During the same exhibition, two other Ukrainian companies announced strategic partnerships. SkyFall signed a memorandum with Europe’s Airbus Defence and Space to integrate P1-SUN interceptor drones with an airspace management system. And Ukrainian Armor agreed on cooperation with MBDA, the manufacturer of Taurus missiles.
