Soldiers of the 115th Separate Mechanised Brigade have struck a Russian Mi-28NM attack helicopter using an anti-aircraft drone. The brigade told Defender Media it used a VB140 Blyskavka interceptor made by the company Vinnytski Bdzholy (Vinnytsia Bees).

The Mi-28NM was struck by pilots of the anti-aircraft missile battalion Aliens. The video shows the moment the helicopter was hit and fell, and a screenshot from a Russian Telegram channel also confirms it.

According to the channel, the helicopter crashed in the Voronezh region, and all crew members were killed. The post itself is dated 1 October.

Blyskavka can reach around 300 km/h, and its stated altitude is 3.6 km, according to a Dnipro.tv report. One unmanned system with a night camera costs more than UAH 1.7 million, according to one of the tenders.

The manufacturer’s Instagram page states that it produces two aircraft-type interceptor drones: the VB140 and the VB300. The page also previously mentioned the VB7 and VB10 FPV kamikaze drones.
