The Fourth Law and TAF Industries recieve NATO codification for Kolibri 10 Advance FPV drone with TFL-1 autonomy module

Ukrainian defence tech companies The Fourth Law and TAF Industries have announced that the Kolibri 10 Advance 10-inch FPV drone equipped with the TFL-1 autonomous terminal guidance module has received NATO codification.

According to the developers, the system’s key advantage is its ability to strike targets beyond the radio horizon or in environments heavily affected by enemy electronic warfare. They also claim that integrating the TFL-1 module increases the effectiveness of combat missions by 2-4 times.

The Fourth Law founder and CEO Yaroslav Azhnyuk announced the partnership with TAF Industries on 15 July. As Defender Media previously learned, work on the joint project began in spring 2026.

The Kolibri 10 Advance can carry a payload of 1-4 kg, reach an altitude of up to 2 km, and fly 15-40 km, depending on the weight of the munition. The drone is equipped with a dual-band communications system and a high-capacity battery.

TFL-1 is an AI-powered autonomous terminal guidance module. Drones equipped with the system automatically acquire and track targets, allowing them to complete missions even if communication with the operator is completely lost during the final stage of the attack. TFL-1 can recognise targets measuring as little as 1×1 metre and track moving objects travelling at speeds of up to 80 km/h.

At a distance of up to 1,000 metres from the target, the operator designates the object, after which the drone switches to autonomous mode. The operator retains the ability to intervene and adjust the aim if necessary.

The Kolibri 10 Advance also features a cruise mode that allows it to pass through areas affected by electronic warfare. In this mode, the drone automatically maintains its preset heading, altitude and speed without constant operator input.

The Kolibri 10 Advance is already available through the DOT-Chain procurement system for direct government purchases, as well as on Brave1 Market, where it can be acquired using e-Points.
