Farsight Vision has developed a tool that determines a drone’s position from intercepted video

Once launched, the system analyses the frames, matches them against the terrain, determines the drone’s position on the map and shows the direction of its movement with numbered points.

Farsight adds that this is critical information for those responsible for countering aerial threats. In particular, for reconnaissance units and operators of counter-UAV systems.

With this feature, the company is expanding its focus on the analysis of reconnaissance data and counter-UAV efforts. Farsight Vision recently announced a partnership with another Ukrainian-Estonian developer – Teletactica. Together, they are creating a system that will transmit high-quality photos from drones over long distances.
