The Ukrainian defence tech company The Fourth Law and Lithuania’s RSI Europe have announced joint drone production in Lithuania. It will be organised within the framework of the Build with Ukraine initiative, and the companies have already signed a memorandum of understanding.

The production facilities will be located in Lithuania and prepared by RSI Europe. TFL will support the project with manufacturing and artificial intelligence technologies, as well as providing feedback from the battlefield. The companies plan to produce thousands of drones at the joint venture. The production team will prioritise hiring Ukrainian citizens.

TFL’s portfolio currently includes the Lupynis-10 FPV drone with a terminal guidance module and the Zerov-8 interceptor drone. The company has reported that it is testing the tactical bomber Teliha-15-TFL-2 and the Lupynis-10-TFL-1-T night kamikaze drone.

RSI Europe was founded in 2022 and currently has offices in Lithuania, Ukraine and Poland. The company’s main products are the RISE-1 remote initiation system and the Shpak FPV drone, which the manufacturer has already supplied to Ukraine.
