Ukrainian defence tech developers HIMERA and Swarmer have announced a strategic partnership. Under the agreement, the communications systems of Rudominski’s company will be integrated into Swarmer’s autonomous systems.

HIMERA develops jamming-resistant communications systems already in use by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In particular, the company works with the 2nd Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine “Khartiya” on the Slobozhansky direction. The proven technology will now become a “fundamental element of Swarmer’s autonomous stack,” as reliable communications will allow drone swarms to operate in complex conditions.

Swarmer writes that combining both companies’ technologies will provide a ready-to-use solution that increases reliability and eliminates unnecessary integration costs. The two companies will also now jointly offer their solution to integrators across air, ground, and maritime domains.

Swarmer develops AI-based software for controlling drone swarms. The company says its technology has been used in more than 100,000 combat missions since April 2024. In March 2026, Swarmer went public to raise $15m through a share offering.

Meanwhile, HIMERA has developed a tactical communications system, for which it released an update in April 2026. The company is currently working on the Comprehensive Resilient Network: a secure, unified network that allows all devices, drones, personnel, software, and sensors to transmit data within a single communications system.
