Ratel Robotics showcases Ratel H UGV strike version with 12.7 mm turret
The updated Ratel H configuration is on display at DALO Industry Days in Denmark

Ukrainian company Ratel Robotics has presented a strike version of the Ratel H UGV equipped with a remote weapon station (RWS) housing a 12.7 mm heavy machine gun. The company showcased the updated platform at the DALO Industry Days exhibition in Denmark.
The weapon station is not a Ratel Robotics proprietary development — the firm integrated a partner system onto the chassis. The platform is currently undergoing trials, with tests focusing on firing accuracy, structural stability during recoil, remote control links, and overall combat effectiveness across operational conditions.
Effective firing range figures have not yet been disclosed, as live-fire trials remain ongoing.
The baseline Ratel H platform is already in serial production. It serves as a multi-purpose logistical UGV delivering an operational range of up to 55 km and a payload capacity of approximately 400 kg. The company previously unveiled a configuration fitted with a launcher module for fibre-optic FPV drones. The mobile launch system enables drone transport and remote deployment without requiring an operator’s physical presence at the launch site.
Separately, Ratel Robotics has initiated field testing of a new neural network architecture for its ground robotics lineup. The system aims to enhance platform autonomy, enabling real-time environmental analysis and threat response without continuous operator control.
