Copenhagen Global A/S to help bring Ukrainian Tencore’s UGVs to the Danish market
The companies signed a memorandum at DALO Industry Days 2026 defence exhibition in Herning, Denmark

Ukrainian UGV developer and manufacturer Tencore and Danish company Copenhagen Global A/S have signed a Memorandum of Understanding. The agreement provides, among other things, for the Danish side to help Tencore’s combat unmanned ground vehicles enter the market of institutional customers in Denmark.
The memorandum was signed on August 19 at DALO Industry Days 2026 defence exhibition in Herning, Denmark. Tencore Co-Founder and Chief Business Development Officer Roman Tkachenko and Copenhagen Global A/S President and CEO Jeppe Handwerk agreed to deepen cooperation under the Build with Ukraine initiative and other intergovernmental projects.
Tencore produces the TerMIT ground platform, which is the most widely deployed UGV in Ukraine’s Defence Forces. According to Roman Tkachenko, the agreement with Copenhagen Global A/S is an important step towards integrating Tencore’s technologies into the Danish market.
Copenhagen Global A/S provides vehicle and boat fleet solutions, as well as heavy trucks and industrial engines. “By combining Tencore’s frontline experience with our industrial, integration and production capabilities in Denmark, we aim to bring these solutions to Denmark and our NATO Allies as quickly as possible — and ultimately to achieve a radically greater scale together,” said Copenhagen Global A/S President and CEO Jeppe Handwerk.
Tencore is not the first Ukrainian company to establish cooperation with Copenhagen Global A/S. Defender Media previously reported that Ukrainian Culver Aerospace had agreed with Danish partners on a five-year cooperation to produce long-range UAVs and medium-range systems.
