Drill and PSD Info launch tactical training masterclasses for military personnel in mobile app
Each individual course is priced at $20–25. The debut course focuses on marksmanship training

The Ukrainian-Estonian platform Drill, in partnership with the veteran community PSD Info, has launched Drill Masterclasses, a series of tactical courses available within the DRILL mobile application. The initial training materials are already accessible to users on the App Store and Google Play.
The debut course focuses on marksmanship training and was developed by veterans of the Ukrainian Special Operations Forces. The curriculum consists of six modules covering shooting accuracy, target acquisition speed, rate of fire, tactical manoeuvring, endurance under combat loads, and ballistics, taking into account weather conditions, terrain, and landscape features.
Each individual masterclass offered by the platform’s partners, including PSD Info, is priced at $20–25. Concurrently, as Defender Media has learned, all Drill-developed courses remain free for all users in Ukraine, whether civilians, active-duty military personnel, or recruits.
According to the developers, the project was initially intended to create a centralised platform with catalogued training materials, but was later opened to external contributors to expand the range of available content and involve specialists from various fields. A dedicated branch of the platform focuses on developing training modules for defence manufacturers, including those producing FPV drones and tactical equipment.
The company stated that all content undergoes rigorous moderation before publication. The review process is carried out by military instructors with extensive combat and instructional experience, alongside focus groups within military units that evaluate the materials prior to release.
To restrict access for users from countries cooperating with Russia, the platform has blocked application downloads in those jurisdictions, including the Russian Federation. According to the company, all installation attempts are tracked in real time, while accounts linked to Russia are continuously monitored and blocked.
According to the developers, over the past six months, the platform has integrated a tactical medicine course and an introductory FPV drone course, and has also made the PSD Info masterclasses available to its user base.
Earlier, Defender Media reported on the company’s $100,000 investment raised to launch new courses and a B2B platform.
