Eurosatory in Paris, Brave1 in London, Naval Forge in Kyiv, and 10+ more key defence tech events taking place this June

At the beginning of summer, the defence tech event industry will maintain the fast pace set in May. Exciting events for entrepreneurs, investors, military personnel, engineers, and policymakers are expected in London, Berlin, Kyiv, Warsaw, Paris, and many other cities.

Among the key events of the month are the Brave1 UK Investment Tour, PwC Nordic Defence Conference 2026, New Age Defence, DIH Naval Forge 2026, Eurosatory 2026, a series of hackathons by the European Defense Tech Hub, and the Kyiv Growth Summit in Kyiv.

NATO-Ukraine Defence Innovators Forum

Where: Vilnius, Lithuania
When: June 1-2

The NATO-Ukraine Defence Innovators Forum will bring together key stakeholders involved in the development of dual-use technologies. The event aims to create a networking platform for public and private sector stakeholders to strengthen cooperation and drive innovation in Ukraine. Participants will discuss innovation ecosystems, existing capability gaps, and funding mechanisms.

The event is organised by NATO’s Defence Industry, Innovation & Armaments Division, the Lithuanian Ministry of Defence, and the Ukrainian defence tech cluster Brave1.

Brave1 UK Investment Tour

Where: London, UK
When: June 2

A closed-door event in London organised with the support of 1991 Ventures, BoA, Palantir, LSEG, the Embassy of Ukraine in the United Kingdom, the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, and TheCityUK. The event will bring together Ukrainian defence tech start-ups with British defence stakeholders, investors, and industry leaders.

PwC Nordic Defence Conference 2026

Where: Hellerup, Denmark
When: June 3

PwC Nordic Defence Conference 2026 will bring together defence leaders, government officials, industry representatives, and innovators to discuss the future of defence co-operation across the Nordic region. The conference will focus on resilience, technology, and partnerships shaping the next generation of defence solutions and collective security.

New Age Defence

Where: Berlin, Germany
When: June 8

For decades, Europe’s defence industry has focused on expensive technologies, slow development cycles, and systems designed for wars of the past. Today, that model no longer matches the realities of modern security challenges. New Age Defence represents a new approach, driven by companies that are already transforming the defence sector and shaping its future.

Among the speakers are the Chairman of UForce Oleksii Honcharuk, Executive Director of New Age Defence Kateryna Mykhalko, Head of the Robotics Systems Unit of the “Da Vinci Wolves” Battalion Oleksandr Yabchanka, and the Officer for Defence Sector Engagement of the 12th “Azov” Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine Mykyta Puz.

DIH Naval Forge 2026 Kyiv

Warfare at sea is evolving faster than institutional processes can adapt. Ukraine’s maritime theatre of operations has become an environment of rapid development of drones, distributed systems, and real-time adaptive solutions. Naval Forge brings this experience into direct engagement with the defence industry, investors, and decision-makers across Northern and wider Europe.

The conference programme by the Defence Innovation Highway features two days of discussions, presentations, and demonstrations with over 300 participants, more than 30 speakers, and over 40 manufacturers of maritime solutions and start-ups from Ukraine and the Nordic countries. Defence Strategic Communications Conference

The conference will explore defence and security narratives that are set to define the coming years: sovereignty and interdependence, resilience and co-operation, security and sustainable development.

Can so-called “middle powers” act as a stabilising force in an increasingly fragmented world? Can they, through collaboration and cohesion, bridge differences, support steady diplomacy, and help shape a more inclusive, rules-based international order? These questions will be examined by speakers and participants at the London event.

Eurosatory 2026

Where: Paris, France
When: June 15-19

The world’s leading land and air-land defence and security exhibition, held every two years in Paris, bringing together government representatives, armed forces, industry leaders, and innovators.

Eurosatory is a key international benchmark for the global defence and security industry. The exhibition attracts tens of thousands of visitors and hundreds of exhibitors from around the world, including representatives of ministries of defence, armed forces, major defence contractors, small and medium-sized enterprises, technology innovators, and research institutions.

Defence Day at URC 2026

Where: Gdansk, Poland
When: June 25

A side event of the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026 dedicated to the development of Ukraine’s defence industrial base and the defence tech sector as one of the key priorities for economic growth and security for Ukraine and its allies.

The event is organised by the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council, Defence Builder, the Kyiv School of Economics, “General Cherry”, and the Ukrainian Council of Defence Industry.

A series of hackathons by the European Defence Tech Hub

The European Defence Tech Hub aims to bridge the gap between engineers, the public sector, and investors in the dual-use and defence technology space. Hackathons organised by EDTH have long become landmark events in Europe and beyond. In June, the organisers will visit the capitals of France, Poland, and the United Kingdom, as well as Munich.

The Lobby X platform, in partnership with the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, is launching the second national series of events, “The Country of Engineers”. This initiative brings together engineers, developers, scientists, and defence tech teams to strengthen Ukraine’s defence capabilities.

In June, the events will take place across five cities in Ukraine. Defender Media is a media partner of this series of events.

Kyiv Growth Summit [POSTPONED]

Where: Kyiv, Ukraine
When: June 27

Kyiv Growth Summit will bring together founders, C-level executives, product and growth leaders, investors, and defence innovators building the future of Ukraine’s technology ecosystem. The event is expected to feature over 50 speakers and more than 1,000 participants. Defender Media is also participating in the event and serves as a media partner.
