M-Fly and Dwarf Engineering announce partnership: what it involves
“We see this as an opportunity to create new solutions based on the developments of both teams,” – CEO of M-Fly explains

Ukrainian defence tech developers Dwarf Engineering and M-Fly have signed a partnership memorandum. The cooperation will combine the two companies’ technologies and support joint research projects, M-Fly founder and CEO Vladyslav Myhovych told Defender Media.
M-Fly has expertise in optoelectronic systems, gimbals and laser targeting, while Dwarf Engineering brings software solutions for controlling FPV drones and integrating systems to the partnership.
“We see this as an opportunity to create new solutions based on the developments of both teams,” – Myhovych explains. In particular, the companies will be able to combine their technologies so that UAV manufacturers can integrate them into their products faster.
CEO of M-Fly says his team has already been working with Dwarf Engineering for some time. The partnership news emerged a few days after M-Fly secured a new investment round led by MITS Capital, joined by Freedom Fund, Gardar and another anonymous investor.
The investment amount has not been disclosed, but the funds will allow the company to scale production and accelerate product adaptation to capture a significant share of the drone-camera market. According to Vladyslav Myhovych, over the next 5-7 years the volume of this market will exceed $100 billion.
M-Fly was founded in 2023 and currently produces laser targeting systems and high-precision gimbals for aerial, naval and ground unmanned vehicles.
Dwarf Engineering develops the Narsil terminal guidance system and KordycepsOS – a software and hardware platform that enables the deployment and updating of software from different manufacturers across all types of uncrewed systems.
