Roboneers and German ARX Robotics sign strategic partnership agreement
The companies have already announced the ARX Industries joint venture in June this year

Ukrainian UGV and UAV manufacturer Roboneers has agreed a strategic partnership with German company ARX Robotics. The agreement was signed during Chancellor Friedrich Merz’s visit to Kyiv, according to a press release received by Defender.
The companies announced a joint venture called ARX Industries in June this year. Meanwhile, the new agreement provides for close technical cooperation between the companies, including the integration of systems and other developments from both manufacturers.
Roboneers’ product range includes various types of Lynx UGVs and the Saber remotely controlled combat module. The company has also developed the Wardog UAV series.
ARX Robotics supplies Ukraine with Gereon UGVs and claims that its platforms are the most widespread Western-made UGVs in Ukraine. In addition, the startup modernises obsolete military platforms using Mithra OS, an AI-based operating system.
The joint venture that ARX launched with Roboneers involves assembling the Ukrainian Lynx Pro systems. At the same time, the Germans will be responsible not only for production but also for maintenance and service support.
Some of the production facilities will be located in Germany, and some in Ukraine. In its first year of operation, ARX Industries plans to assemble thousands of Lynx Pro units and, in subsequent years, gradually increase production to tens of thousands per year.
