Two Fang logistics UGVs are undergoing codification: what we know about them
The UGVs are designed for logistics, minelaying, or kamikadze missions

A Ukrainian company has developed two unmanned ground vehicles — the Fang-1 and Fang-2. Both platforms are remotely controlled wheeled vehicles designed for logistics missions.
The UGV manufacturer is not disclosing its name for security reasons. A company representative told Defender Media that both platforms are currently undergoing codification. Fang-1 has already completed field trials, while Fang-2 is being tested in a combat zone. The manufacturer is awaiting feedback from the military.
Both systems support radio, LTE, and satellite communications, delivering a radio-control link range of up to 2 km in open terrain and up to 1 km in rough terrain. Control is facilitated via a real-time video feed. If required, the platforms can be fitted with infrared or thermal imaging cameras.
Compact modular Fang-1
The Fang-1 is designed to resupply ammunition, rations, equipment, and other cargo. The platform features a modular architecture capable of accommodating various payloads, including logistics modules, remote minelaying systems, or strike configurations for one-way (kamikaze) missions.
The system has a curb weight of 74 kg and a payload capacity of 76 kg. According to the manufacturer, a single battery charge provides an operational range of up to 30 km on paved roads and up to 12 km off-road, with an endurance of at least two hours.
The Fang-1 is capable of negotiating inclines of up to 30°, vertical obstacles up to 170 mm high, and trenches up to 200 mm wide.
Heavy-duty cargo Fang-2
The Fang-2 is a larger wheeled platform likewise designed for frontline logistics, including the delivery of ammunition, rations, equipment, and other essential supplies.

The platform has a curb weight of 200 kg and a payload capacity of 200 kg. The Fang-2 can also tow a trailer with a total weight of up to 400 kg. Its top speed reaches 13 km/h on paved roads and 8 km/h off-road, with an operational range of up to 50 km on roads and up to 35 km off-road. Continuous operating endurance on a single charge reaches up to 3.5 hours.
The system can negotiate inclines of up to 30°, vertical obstacles up to 200 mm high, and trenches up to 400 mm wide.
