Ukraine’s State Bureau of Investigation is conducting procedural actions involving Vyriy Industries, the company said. The reason cited is possible overpricing of drones, the manufacturer’s CEO, Oleksii Babenko, told Defender Media.
The Bureau carried out searches at the company, the founder’s home, and the homes of his brother and mother. This is reported by Babel, of which Babenko is a shareholder. During the search, $3,500 was found on him, and all data from his mobile phone was seized.
Vyriy Industries states that it is cooperating with the authorised bodies and providing all necessary information in accordance with the law. The company continues to operate as normal.
The press release also states that the day before, a series of materials containing accusations against Vyriy Industries and Oleksii Babenko were published on several anonymous information resources.
