Ukrainian-American developer Swarmer has announced a strategic partnership with the Ukrainian company Molfar Intelligence. The data provided by the latter is expected to improve the operation of the autonomous platform being developed by Serhii Kupriienko’s company.

Molfar Intelligence will provide Swarmer with sets of OSINT data, including geolocated imagery, video and satellite observations of enemy military equipment and battlefield activity. Swarmer plans to use this data to train and improve its artificial intelligence models.

The release states that unverified or manipulated data becomes an obstacle for autonomous systems that make decisions based on it. At the same time, the data collected by Molfar can improve object recognition accuracy, situational awareness and the reliability of decision-making.

Swarmer has recently announced several more partnerships. In particular, it has joined forces with the Ukrainian companies X-Drone, Norda Dynamics and Kara Dag Technologies. Together, they will create a comprehensive interception system for unmanned threats. The company made this announcement a few days before the publication of its first financial results following its IPO.

According to the results of the first quarter, Swarmer’s revenue decreased compared to the same period of the previous year, amounting to $20.3 thousand against $110.7 thousand. Swarmer explained the decrease by the termination of cooperation with its largest Ukrainian client, to which the company had been providing service support. The company’s operating expenses increased to $4.5 million against $0.8 million in the first quarter of 2025.
