During a combat mission the Ravlyk UGV, carrying more than 300 kg of cargo, came under artillery fire and sustained three hits from FPV drones. Despite the strikes, the system remained operational and completed its task, says the manufacturer.

According to the company, the UGV succeeded because of its key feature — a modular electronics design and redundancy of control boards.

“Adaptive platform architecture allows rapid reconfiguration from a transport role to armament, mining or support for reconnaissance operations,” says co-owner of the Ravlyk project Serhii Kulikov.

The Ministry of Defence codified the Ravlyk in December 2024. This UGV is used as a logistics, reconnaissance, evacuation and combat platform. It is noted for its compact size, high cross-country ability thanks to special all-terrain tyres, and quiet operation thanks to its electric motor.

Earlier, Defender Media reported on crash tests of strike UGVs in Lviv: the robots had to navigate a course with obstacles simulating combat conditions and carry out live-fire exercises.
