Rebel Group has developed the stationary Brama EW/SIGINT system to counter FPV drones

Ukrainian defence tech developer Rebel Group has unveiled Brama, a new stationary system that combines electronic warfare (EW) and signals intelligence (SIGINT) capabilities in a single device. The company told Defender Media about the development.

Brama is designed to counter FPV drones. The system can detect and decode analogue video frequencies and then use directed EW to suppress both the drone’s video and control channels.

According to the developers, combining detection and jamming in a single system reduces response times to threats. The operator receives target data immediately and can switch to jamming without deploying additional equipment.

Brama is currently undergoing codification. Rebel Group plans to add the system to its portfolio of stationary EW and SIGINT solutions.
