General Cherry unveils new interceptor drone designed to shoot down Shaheds
In a video shared on the company’s social media pages, the drone is seen accelerating to 309 km/h

Ukrainian defence tech company General Cherry has introduced its new anti-Shahed interceptor drone, named General Cherry Bullet.
In a video shared on the company’s social media pages, the drone is seen accelerating to 309 km/h. The team says this speed should be sufficient to intercept Shahed drones.
The footage also reveals the drone’s body shape — resembling a short missile, or a bullet, which likely inspired its name.
According to the company’s posts, the General Cherry Bullet has already passed internal testing. It is now undergoing codification and combat trials, while preparations for serial production are underway.
“General Cherry Bullet is a real tool that will help protect Ukraine’s infrastructure, residential areas and communities. The key goal is to save human lives,” the company wrote on Facebook.
The manufacturer promises to release the first footage of successful interceptions soon.
UPD: In the official press release, the company stated that the Bullet is produced in several variants: night, day, and one equipped with a guidance system.
Earlier in 2025, the company introduced its General Cherry Air interceptor drone, designed to target enemy reconnaissance and attack UAVs. As reported by Defender Media yesterday, that model has already achieved 5,000 confirmed kills.
