Teletactica startup CEO Yevhen Zhebko has announced his resignation. Anton Hetman, the company’s co-founder and current CTO, will take over as chief executive. Zhebko announced this on LinkedIn.

In a comment to Defender, the entrepreneur said he plans to focus on his other project – Korven Systems. The startup is developing, together with partners, an ecosystem of software and hardware solutions for drone interception, including an autopilot for a high-speed interceptor.

“We will be working with several relevant government departments and agencies on developing an autonomous system for intercepting high-speed targets,” the entrepreneur added.

Teletactica was founded in 2023 and develops EW-resistant communication systems for UAVs. Its flagship products include video modems, telemetry modems and antennas. In 2024, the team completed the MITS accelerator programme and received $510,000. In 2025, it raised $1.5 million from MITS Capital and Green Flag Ventures.

“My focus was on dreaming big, building partnerships, attracting investment, and creating the foundation for growth. Now, Anton will lead Teletactica into its next chapter, with a stronger focus on R&D and further scaling manufacturing,” Zhebko wrote.

He described building the company as one of the most intense and rewarding journeys of his life. Justin Zeefe, General Partner at Green Flag Ventures, said that, thanks to a strong team and a powerful product, Teletactica has the potential to dominate a large and strategically important market segment.

“The core team pivoted from the private sector and had the experience, skill, and knowledge to identify the frontline EW challenges and respond with unique, flexible, problem-solving solutions,” the investor explained.
