The Brave1 Market has listed a Ukrainian SHOT-L1 unmanned aircraft designed to automatically detect and strike enemy electronic warfare systems at medium ranges. The manufacturer, whose name has not been disclosed, says the mid-strike drone can carry out its flight mission autonomously and automatically home in on a source of radio emissions.

The operator directs the SHOT-L1 towards the area where the target is believed to be located. Once it enters the designated area, its onboard system searches for sources of radio emissions within the specified square. If the system detects a source of emissions, it determines its direction and automatically homes in on the target. If the system detects several sources simultaneously, it selects the most powerful one.

If no active radio signal source is detected within the specified time, the UAV switches to a backup scenario and homes in on a pre-designated static ground target.

The SHOT-L1 is equipped with a thermal imaging camera, an analogue video signal and a terminal guidance system. It has a cruising speed of 100 km/h, a flight endurance of up to 60 minutes, an operational range of up to 80 km and a payload capacity of 4 kg.

The manufacturer lists the R-340RP Pole-21, R-330Zh Zhitel and Mgla electronic warfare systems among the SHOT-L1’s typical targets.

One drone on Brave1 Market costs UAH 416,000. No information is currently available on the product’s codification.

Defender Media previously reported on the RAM-2X mid-strike drone with a terminal guidance system capable of locking onto a target at a distance of up to 3 km.
