TENCORE unveils vehicle recovery module for TerMIT UGV

Ukrainian unmanned ground vehicle manufacturer TENCORE has unveiled a recovery module for its TerMIT UGV. It is designed to recover damaged or immobilised vehicles from hazardous areas of the front line.

According to the manufacturer, the module can recover wheeled and tracked vehicles that have become bogged down, struck a mine or lost communications. The system is already available to order and install.

TENCORE says TerMIT’s low centre of gravity enables the platform to operate as a recovery tractor. However, the manufacturer has not disclosed the new module’s load capacity, tractive effort or other technical specifications.

The baseline TerMIT 2.0 platform features a tracked chassis and can reach speeds of up to 15 km/h on paved roads and 12 km/h off-road. Its stated range is up to 40 km. TENCORE’s UGV has a modular design, allowing equipment for logistics, evacuation, engineering and combat missions to be fitted to the base platform.
