Ravlyk UGV receives guided-missile launcher

Ukrainian Unmanned Technologies presented a new version of the Ravlyk unmanned ground vehicle with a launcher for 70-mm guided and unguided rockets. The modification was shown at the MSPO-2026 defence exhibition in Poland, Militarnyi reports.

The UGV is presented as a “universal mobile platform” (UMP-3). In this version, the Ravlyk is fitted with an FZ800 launcher with seven launch tubes. It is designed to launch 70-mm FZ275 LGR laser-guided rockets, as well as unguided aircraft rockets.

The weight of the launcher without munitions is 41 kg, while its weight when loaded with rockets is between 107 and 131 kg.

According to the developers, the module is currently undergoing testing. It was initially developed for unguided aircraft rockets, and the company is now refining the mechanism and conducting tests with “surface-to-air” missiles.

The FZ800 launcher was selected because of its versatility: it is equipped with a replaceable universal dual-purpose FZ125 retention mechanism, which allows both guided rockets and FFAR and WA-type munitions to be used.

The system integrates digital fire-control systems to launch the rockets. The company has also developed specialised software to control the module and transmit information. Depending on the rocket type, the software can be combined into a single workstation, allowing the operator to control the rockets.

The basic UMP-3 Ravlyk has a 6×6 wheel configuration, weighs 670 kg, and can reach speeds up to 12 km/h. The platform’s stated payload capacity is 500 kg. The robot can also tow a trailer weighing up to 2.5 tonnes.

The Ravlyk was previously positioned primarily as a logistics platform, but combat variants were subsequently developed on its basis. The Droid Raw 12.7, equipped with a remotely controlled heavy machine gun M2 Browning, was developed on the Ravlyk platform.
