Ukraine’s Defence Ministry announces free strategic sessions for defence companies: how to apply
Each session includes four hours of work with a strategic consultant who understands the specifics of the defence industry

Ukrainian Ministry of Defence is launching free strategic sessions for Ukrainian defence companies. Newly appointed deputy Minister Ganna Gvozdiar has announced it.
By the end of the year, the Ministry plans to hold at least 10 such sessions. Requests can be submitted via the link.
Each session includes four hours of work with a strategic consultant who understands the defence industry’s specifics. After the meeting, the company will receive a set of priorities for the next 12 months.
Gvozdiar writes that through the strategic sessions, they want to help companies understand how to scale, which products to develop first, and whether it is worth entering new markets, among other things.
News of Ganna Gvozdiar’s appointment as Deputy Minister of Defence became known on the morning of 8 September. Her key priority will be ensuring the front is supplied with Ukrainian weapons.
The deputy minister will also focus on exporting Ukrainian defence solutions whose production exceeds the front’s needs.
