Ukrainian electronic warfare manufacturer Infozahyst and German company Rohde & Schwarz have announced cooperation. The businesses signed a partnership memorandum that will combine the German firm’s electronic warfare technologies with Infozahyst’s combat experience and market knowledge.

The agreement sets out a collaborative framework for the joint promotion, adaptation and marketing of three systems: high-power jamming, counter-UAV, and a multifunctional mobile EW platform.

“By integrating German engineering and manufacturing excellence with our frontline experience, we will accelerate the fielding of EW capabilities that protect our allies,” Yaroslav Kalinin, CEO of Infozahyst, comments.

Rohde & Schwarz was founded in 1933 and specialises, among other things, in radio communication solutions, electronic support systems, and airborne reconnaissance. It was previously reported that the company’s technologies are being integrated into heavy bombers by Pegasus Arms.

Infozahyst, in turn, has in its line-up technical information protection assets, EW and ELINT, and proprietary software. Last year, the company joined the Danish-Ukrainian MITS Industries alliance. It will operate on a drone-as-a-service model to scale up production of unmanned aerial vehicles and counter-drone solutions.
