Defence tech at the center of 2U Tech Forum: technologies shaping the future of warfare

On May 28, Kyiv will host 2U Tech Forum — one of Ukraine’s key technology events, which this year will place a strong focus on defence tech and innovations shaped by wartime realities.

The Defence Stage will explore technologies emerging directly from the battlefield and already transforming modern warfare. The spotlight will be on exporting defence solutions, the transformation of military standards under the influence of Ukrainian experience, and practical case studies of technology use in real combat conditions.

The program includes a keynote on the Delta system — described as “Google Maps for artillery,” a Q&A discussion on defence exports, a defence startup pitch session in front of an expert jury, a Defence Mythbusters session aimed at debunking common misconceptions about modern warfare, and an open discussion on Ukraine’s influence on the evolution of NATO standards. The block will conclude with an award ceremony for the best startups.

2U Tech Forum will bring together thousands of participants — from startup founders to investors and government representatives — creating a platform for partnerships, knowledge exchange, and scaling Ukrainian defence tech solutions to global markets.
