The Ratel M UGV successfully completed two distinct objectives during a single combat deployment, performing both a logistics run and a casualty evacuation. Footage of the operation, conducted by the 68th Separate Jaeger Brigade named after Oleksa Dovbush, was released by the drone’s developers.

According to the company, Ratel M delivered essential supplies to a forward position. Upon offloading, the platform was tasked with evacuating a wounded serviceman from another unit of the Defence Forces located at the same site.

The casualty was secured aboard the robotic system, and Ratel M subsequently transported him from the hazardous area to a designated evacuation point. There, he was handed over to a medical team for further transit to a stabilisation point.

Ratel M is positioned as a robotic logistics and evacuation platform with an operational radius of at least 50 km and an overall range of 70 km or more. The vehicle can carry payloads exceeding 200 kg, with a stated maximum capacity of at least 300 kg. Its declared top speed is 8 km/h.

The system is engineered for specialised evacuation and logistics tasks, including the delivery of critical cargo, supplies, and ammunition. Its configuration supports the installation of medical stretchers for transporting wounded personnel from the battlefield.

Earlier, Defender Media reported on evacuation missions carried out using the Maul UGV with an armoured capsule, as well as the Shuttle evacuation system based on the Gnom platform.
