The Role
We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Head of Legal. You will be responsible for ensuring the company’s legal security, mitigating risks, and leading the legal function across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate high-value commercial contracts and international agreements
- Compliance: Ensure all business activities and contracts align with national and international legislation
- Negotiations: Act as a lead legal representative in negotiations with counterparties and partners

Qualifications:
- Education: University degree in Law (LL.M. or JD preferred)
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in contract law and legal management
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of commercial, civil, and corporate law
- International Scope: Experience working with international legal frameworks and cross-border transactions
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and analytical skills

Chief Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
- U.S. Operations: Manage accounting for a U.S.-based manufacturing entity in strict compliance with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and DCAA (Defense Contract Audit Agency) requirements
