Ratel Drones unveils its first strike FPV drone, the K1

Ukrainian company Ratel Robotics has unveiled its strike FPV drone, the Ratel K1 (KAMIK), detailing its primary technical specifications. The UAV is engineered to engage ground targets and boasts an operational radius of up to 30 km.

Built on a 22-inch frame, the Ratel K1 achieves a maximum speed of 75 km/h, an endurance of up to 35 minutes, and a payload capacity of up to 2 kg.

The UAV is fitted with a digital video link and a daylight camera. Flight control is enabled via a Starlink satellite bearer. According to Brave1 Market, the platform lacks integrated autonomous navigation, automated takeoff functionality, and an automatic return-to-home landing feature.

The manufacturer is currently developing the next iteration of the Ratel K1, refining the design based on field testing and operational experience.

Ratel Robotics announced the formation of its unmanned systems division in the spring of this year. At that time, the company introduced a UGV drone carrier and announced the development of its proprietary UAV line.
