The Pentagon plans to purchase a batch of F10 attack drones from the Ukrainian brand F-Drones. According to Defender Media sources familiar with the selection process, the UAV was submitted by the little-known Ukrainian Defense Drones Tech Corporation (UDD) as part of the US Army’s Drone Dominance Program.

UDD finished sixth in the first phase of the selection, with the F10 drone scoring 72.9 out of 100 points. According to the Drone Dominance’s rules, the manufacturer will now receive a contract to supply drones to the Pentagon.

US media report that UDD Tech Corp was chosen largely because of its high level of vertical integration. The company manufactures most components in-house. The remaining parts come from European suppliers. In 2024, UDD localised production of carbon frames and antennas. By 2025, it expanded to produce flight controllers, electronic speed controllers (ESCs), radio modems, and video transmission systems.

F-Drones is among the most widely used FPV drone brands in Ukraine. In addition to the F10 attack quadcopter, the company also produces the seven-inch F7 UAV and interceptor drones under the LITAVR brand.

The F10 is available on the state marketplace Brave1 Market. It can be purchased with direct funding or using e-points from the “Army of Drones. Bonus” programme. The price of one unit is around 27,000 UAH.

Earlier reports said eleven manufacturers were shortlisted for further orders under the Drone Dominance programme. UDD has become the second Ukrainian company on the list — Defender Media previously reported in an exclusive that the competition was won by the fibre-optic drone Shrike from Ukrainian developer SkyFall.

The Pentagon launched the Drone Dominance Program on 17 December 2025, with the US Department of War planning to invest over $1 billion.
