Head of AI at MacPaw, Volodymyr Kubytskyi, has moved to a similar position at The Fourth Law
Kubytskyi has headed the AI team at MacPaw since 2024

Today, Vladimir Kubytskyi, Head of AI at MacPaw, announced that he is leaving his position to join the deftech project “The Fourth Law.” In a comment to Defender Media, he clarified that he will hold a similar position in his new job.
“During the cold winter, often without light and heat, I kept asking myself: am I doing enough for my country right now? I found my answer, it is simple and unambiguous, so I am moving to defence tech,” Kubytskyi explained his decision on Facebook.
MacPaw is a Ukrainian IT company that has been operating here since 2008 and develops software for macOS and iOS. Kubytskyi has headed the AI team at MacPaw since 2024. He worked on the company’s AI strategy, and under his leadership, the business launched its own AI assistant, Eney. Last year, he was also included in Forbes’ ranking of “20 AI Leaders in Ukraine.” Before joining MacPaw, Volodymyr Kubytskyi spent 10 years at LUN as Chief Innovation Officer/Head of AI.
Artificial intelligence is the main focus of Yaroslav Azhnyuk’s company, The Fourth Law. It develops TFL guidance modules in which AI tracks the target’s outline and guides the drone to its centre. In addition, it produces its own FPV drone, Lupinis-10, with a built-in autonomy module.
