Computer Vision Engineer
About the role
We are looking for a Computer Vision Engineer to work on vision pipelines used in guidance and terminal guidance for UAV systems. This role is hands-on and focused on real-world video data, robustness, and integration with guidance and control systems. You’ll work closely with GNC, autonomy, and embedded teams, and see your work tested in real flights — not just simulations.
What you’ll do
- Design and develop object detection and tracking pipelines for guidance and terminal guidance
- Work with frame-to-frame tracking, re-detection logic, confidence estimation, and failure recovery
- Develop methods to separate targets from shadows, reflections, terrain, and background noise
- Work with multi-sensor vision systems (daylight, night, thermal / IR), including alignment and fusion
- Provide uncertainty and confidence metrics for downstream guidance and control
- Integrate vision outputs into the guidance loop (latency, update rate, coordinate frames)
- Optimize and deploy models on edge hardware (Jetson-class devices)
- Analyze flight logs, investigate failure cases, and improve robustness based on real data
- Collaborate during development, integration, and flight testing
What we’re looking for
- Strong background in computer vision (classical + deep learning)
- Experience with object tracking beyond basic libraries (drift, re-initialization, failure modes)
- Hands-on experience with video-based systems in real-world conditions
- Solid Python skills
- Experience deploying or optimizing models for real-time / edge environments

Guidance, Navigation & Control Engineer (GNC Engineer)
About the role
We are looking for a GNC Engineer to design and implement navigation, guidance, and control algorithms for UAV platforms. This role combines strong theoretical foundations with real-world implementation, tuning, and flight validation. You’ll work closely with software, hardware, autonomy, and testing teams — from simulations to real flight data.
What you’ll do
- Design and implement navigation, guidance, and control algorithms for UAVs
- Develop and tune state estimation and sensor fusion pipelines (IMU, GNSS, magnetometer, barometer)
- Implement and maintain Kalman filter–based estimators (EKF / UKF)
- Develop guidance logic for waypoint following, trajectory tracking, and mission execution
- Design and tune control loops (rate, attitude, velocity, position)
- Ensure stable behavior under disturbances and degraded conditions (wind, sensor noise, partial data loss)
- Validate GNC performance in simulation (SIL / HIL) and during real flight testing
- Analyze flight logs, investigate anomalies, and continuously improve robustness
- Align interfaces and constraints with software and hardware teams
What we’re looking for
- Strong foundation in control theory, linear algebra, and estimation
- Hands-on experience with state estimation and sensor fusion

About the role
We’re looking for an Electronics Assembly Technician who enjoys working hands-on with real hardware — from electronic modules and wiring harnesses to full device assembly. This role is about precision, understanding how things work, and taking responsibility for quality. You’ll work closely with engineers and production teams, assembling and testing electronic systems used in complex technical products (including UAV-related hardware).
What you’ll do
- Assemble electronic devices, modules, and wiring harnesses
- Install and connect electronic components: PCBs, modules, sensors, connectors, and cables
- Perform soldering work using soldering stations and hot air tools
- Work with measurement and diagnostic equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope)
- Read and follow technical documentation: electrical schematics, assembly drawings, BOMs
- Route and secure wiring harnesses according to documentation and best practices
- Perform quality control and basic testing of assembled devices and modules
- Identify assembly issues and support troubleshooting together with engineers
What we’re looking for
- Hands-on experience with soldering equipment (soldering station, hot air rework)
- Confident use of measurement equipment (multimeter; oscilloscope is a plus)
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and assembly documentation
- Understanding of power supply basics, connectors, cables, and wiring principles
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility for build quality

Quality Control Specialist
About the role
We are launching a new production facility for advanced unmanned systems in Ukraine and are looking for a Quality Control Specialist to help build quality into the product from day one. In this role, you will ensure that materials, components, and finished products meet technical and quality requirements at every stage of production — from incoming inspection to final acceptance. You’ll work closely with engineering and production teams and play a key role in establishing reliable, audit-ready quality processes.
What you’ll do
- Perform incoming inspection of materials, components, and finished products
- Carry out visual, dimensional, and functional inspections according to technical documentation
- Record inspection results, prepare quality reports, and identify non-conformities
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to resolve defects and implement corrective actions
- Maintain and follow quality control procedures in line with ISO 9001, AS9100, and military standards
- Participate in preparation for internal and external audits
- Support continuous improvement of quality processes on the production floor

About the role
We are looking for a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our engineering team working on modern unmanned systems. This is a great opportunity for an early-career engineer to grow in real hardware development — from first concepts and drawings to production-ready designs. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and take part in designing, improving, and preparing mechanical components and assemblies for manufacturing.
What you’ll do
- Support the design and development of mechanical parts and assemblies

UAV Pilot (Fixed-Wing / Multirotor)
About the role
We are looking for an experienced UAV Pilot with a strong background in fixed-wing UAVs to support flight testing and operational validation of unmanned systems. This role is hands-on and field-oriented. You’ll work closely with engineers, test teams, and operators, taking part in flight tests, system validation, and continuous improvement of UAV platforms in real-world conditions.
What you’ll do
- Perform flight operations with fixed-wing UAVs during testing and validation
- Prepare UAVs for flights: pre-flight checks, system setup, and mission planning
- Conduct test flights to validate flight performance, navigation, and system behavior
- Operate UAVs in different environments and conditions
- Collect, analyze, and provide feedback based on flight data and observations
- Work closely with engineering teams to identify issues and support improvements

IT Support & Security Operations Specialist
About the role
We are looking for an IT Support & Security Operations Specialist to support our local team in Ukraine and act as a bridge between the office and our HQ IT & Security teams in Germany. This role combines hands-on IT support, user operations, basic information security, and asset management. You’ll be the go-to person for local IT topics while helping build a strong security culture inside the team.
Your key responsibilities
1. IT Support & User Operations (Local support)
- Act as L1/L2 helpdesk for office employees
- Resolve hardware and software issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux
- Handle onboarding and offboarding: device setup, account creation, access removal
- Support office infrastructure: Wi-Fi, LAN, printers, and video conferencing systems
2. Information Security & Compliance
- Act as a local security specialist, ensuring compliance with security policies (passwords, screen locking, clean desk, etc.)
- Monitor endpoint protection: OS updates, EDR/antivirus, disk encryption
- Perform regular access and license audits

- Act as a Single Point of Contact for the local team
- Resolve local IT issues independently and escalate complex cases via tickets to HQ

What we’re looking for
- 1.5+ years of experience in Technical Support, Helpdesk, or System Administration
- Confident administration of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Linux
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- English level: B2 or higher — communication with colleagues in Germany
- Strong security mindset and interest in information security (passwords, MFA, access levels, endpoint protection)
- High responsibility, self-organization, and ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical users

- Experience working with MDM / device management tools (Intune, Jamf, or similar)
- Basic experience with identity and access management (SSO, MFA, role-based access)
