This week, the attention of Ukraine\u2019s defence tech ecosystem was divided between domestic defence procurement issues and personnel changes in key government offices, and the two-day DALO Industry Days 2026<\/a> exhibition in Denmark. The event brought together a significant number of Ukrainian manufacturers, although fewer than last year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Defender Media closely followed the developments and covered the key news<\/a> from Herning. Companies that stood out with the most interesting updates during the week traditionally made it into Defender Media\u2019s jobs digest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ukrainian TAF Industries<\/a> and Danish Upteko signed<\/a> a memorandum on establishing a joint venture in Denmark. The company traditionally has many offers, nearly fifty, which can be reviewed on the official website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Similar intentions were announced<\/a> by Airlogix<\/a> together with Finnish technology company Innokas. The Finnish side will provide localisation and scaling of production, whilst key technologies will remain Ukrainian. Airlogix, meanwhile, offers more than one hundred employment opportunities<\/a> for a variety of positions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ratel Robotics<\/a> presented<\/a> at DALO an updated strike modification of the Ratel H ground robotic system with a turret for a 12.7 mm machine gun. Currently, the company is seeking instructors for unmanned ground vehicle systems, a head of production, and candidates for other positions<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Wild Hornets”<\/a>, whose Sting interceptor set<\/a> a new record for the altitude of engagement of Russian UAVs, has more than 15 open vacancies. All of them are available on the manufacturer’s website via the link<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Centre for Innovation and Development of Defence Technologies of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine<\/a> is inviting IT specialists to join the team that creates technological advantage for Ukraine on the battlefield.
