Ukrainian defence tech company Tencore<\/a> and Estonian company Milrem Robotics have signed a memorandum of understanding. The companies have agreed to service THeMIS UGVs operating in units of Ukraine’s Armed Forces, as well as to deepen cooperation within the Build with Ukraine programme and other intergovernmental projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The THeMIS platforms are manufactured by Milrem Robotics, which has been supplying them to Ukraine since 2022. In autumn 2025, the company committed to delivering more than 150 further ground drones<\/a> to the country. Recently, the 60th Separate Brigade adopted its UGV for air defence<\/a>. The system is equipped with artificial intelligence that independently identifies, tracks, and destroys a target without human involvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Milrem Robotics board member Kuldar V\u00e4\u00e4rsi stated that the companies will be able to create solutions needed by Ukraine and Europe more quickly by combining Estonian system integration experience with Tencore’s combat experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The memorandum was signed during the Eurosatory 2026 exhibition. At the same time, during a meeting in the Ramstein format, an agreement was signed on joint production in Germany of the TerMIT UGV developed by Tencore. Defender Media’s sources at the company explained that they will be manufactured at the Quantum Tencore Industries joint venture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
