This concerns materials, assemblies, units, equipment and parts, Prime Minister <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/svyrydenkoy\/2492\">Yulia Svyrydenko<\/a> has reported. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has already adopted the relevant resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What has changed<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Ministry of Defence writes that the changes will accelerate component logistics and production processes at defence industry enterprises. Among the simplifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the obligation to submit several documents has been abolished \u2013 they must now be reflected in the customs declaration and will be provided only at the request of customs authorities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>it is permitted to submit classified documents (in compliance with the secrecy regime) and additional information up until the moment of submission of the customs declaration;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the requirement to submit copies of contracts, technical passports and other documents to customs three days before the start of customs clearance of goods has been abolished.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-text-align-left wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/thedefender.media\/en\/2026\/05\/fedorov-on-procurement-tenders\/\"><strong>Read more<\/strong>: Ukraine moves drone procurement to tender procedures<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The simplified conditions apply to defence enterprises, co-executors of state contracts and subcontractors in the field of defence procurement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Earlier, to speed up production, the Defence Procurement Agency launched <a href=\"https:\/\/thedefender.media\/en\/2026\/04\/dot-advance-payment\/\">a mechanism for advance payments to drone manufacturers<\/a>.
