Ukraine\u2019s Cabinet of Ministers has extended the use of the DOT-Chain Defence<\/a> marketplace for combat units within the Ministry of Internal Affairs system for another two years. The platform will now become available to the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine and the National Police for the first time. The National Guard, which has been using DOT-Chain Defence under a pilot project for the past six months, will also receive full access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project is primarily focused on the procurement of domestically produced unmanned systems<\/a> and electronic warfare equipment. Procurement funding will be allocated through the ministry\u2019s dedicated budget programmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko stated that DOT-Chain Defence had demonstrated its efficacy during a six-month pilot project within the National Guard. The system enables units to directly submit requisitions for specific models and quantities of UAVs, UGVs, and EW systems, substantially accelerating delivery times from verified manufacturers, the head of government summarised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Klymenko, over UAH 800 million was allocated through the platform over a six-month period for the procurement of unmanned aerial vehicles, robotic systems, and electronic warfare equipment tailored for 14 National Guard units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DOT-Chain Defence functions as a dedicated marketplace for military formations,<\/a> empowering them to independently select and requisition required equipment directly from verified Ukrainian manufacturers. The platform’s portfolio encompasses unmanned systems, ground robotic platforms, and other advanced technological solutions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
