The new series is designed to enhance link stability and signal transmission range in environments characterised by high spectral noise and frontline operational conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The product line comprises three variants: HELIX Lite 5.8\/12, HELIX Lite 5.8\/15, and HELIX Lite 5.8\/18. The antennas vary in dimensions, operational range, and technical specifications, enabling them to be tailored to diverse unmanned platforms and communications architectures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The antenna architecture is based on a directional helical configuration with right-hand circular polarisation (RHCP). According to the developers, this reduces signal degradation during high-dynamic manoeuvring while mitigating the effects of multi-path reflections and external radio interference. The HELIX Lite 5.8 series operates across the 4.9\u20136.1 GHz frequency band.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BlueBird Tech states that the antennas were developed specifically for unmanned systems operating in motion, during rotation, and in environments contested by electronic warfare (EW) systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The antennas are compatible with aerial drones, unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs), relay stations, masts, and fixed communications infrastructure.
