Mykhailo Nestor, former Chief Product Officer at Kyivstar.Tech, has joined Ukrainian deftech company Swarmer <\/a>in the same role, DOU <\/a>reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nestor announced his departure from Kyivstar.Tech in early March. According to the DOU, he also stepped down as Director of Digital Product Development at Kyivstar, announcing at the time that he was moving into the deftech sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before Kyivstar, Mykhailo Nestor worked on the esports platform DreamTeam, founded the LifeTracker startup, and co-founded the KOLO charitable foundation, which raises funds for drones, communications equipment, and electronic warfare systems for the military.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nestor joined Swarmer as the company made its Nasdaq debut. The company planned to place 3 million shares at $5 per share. Trading, however, closed with the share price at $31 \u2013 a 520% increase. At certain points the price reached $39, some 780% above the planned figure. According to Bloomberg, this marks the strongest debut among American stocks since media company Newsmax Inc. went public nearly a year ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
